I have an allergy/nut allergy can you accommodate this?
Our Brownies are NOT suitable for people with allergies as we work with nuts in our environment
Do you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside the UK but all our UK shipments are free to our customers!
I would like to change my order...
Please contact us at as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate as long as your Brownies have not yet been baked.
My Brownies were damaged in the post. Can I get a refund?
We can't accept responsibility for the condition the parcel arrives in after they have been dispatched.
My order didn't arrive on time can I get a refund?
Whilst we understand your frustration we can't accept responsibility for the time taken to arrive.

What is the shelf life for your Brownies and Bakes?
We recommend a use by date of 7 days from the day your order is baked and sent. You can store in the fridge or in an airtight container. Our Naked Brownies are suitable for the freezer to - these can be stored for up to three months. Cupcakes tend to have a shorter shelf life of up to 3 days. We can't ship Cupcakes and these are only available for collection in Woodbridge Suffolk.
How Much does your postage cost?
We want you to have a unique shopping experience and we offer free postage in the UK to all our customers. We use Royal Mail tracked 48, so no cost to you...
Are your bakes all your recipes?
There are so many recipes out there for brownies, bakes and cupcakes. Whist we adapt recipes all of the time and add a twist and a turn here and there our basic brownie, bakes and cupcake mixtures are inspired by Mary Berry, The Hummingbird Bakery and Bread Ahead.
